AutoEase have a clear pledge to offer our clients consistent value and service. To provide clarity we issue our terms of trade.

Supply

  • All vehicles unless clearly notified will be fully UK supplied and all standard warranties will stand.
  • Whilst AutoEase will endeavour to supply all vehicles within an indicative timescales and costings, AutoEase reserve the right to pass on any price and delivery times that are incurred. Manufacturers’ prices and supply timescales change from time to time.
  • AutoEase reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee which will be £500 + VAT plus costs.
  • AutoEase may charge a deposit to secure order.

    • Vehicle Finance

  • All quotations are subject to credit, typical quotes stand for 14 days but maybe subject to change dependant on interest rates and residual values where appropriate.
  • Certain finance products carry an arrangement fee and an option to purchase or agency fee.
  • AutoEase reserve the right to charge clients for any work done on their behalf as agreed.

    • Maintenance Plans

  • Maintenance plans are subject to signing Master Agreement and relevant schedules with payments taken monthly via direct debit.
  • Cancellation charges may apply as per contract.

    • AutoEase 'Advantage'

  • All registrants do so on the understanding that they utilise the system for vehicle quotations which unless more costly should be used as a preference.
  • Companies that register and wish to pass on proposition to employees as a benefit take full responsibility of communicating Advantage to them.
  • Autoease will not be held responsible for any employee benefit taxation.
  • AutoEase will endeavour to source vehicles within timescales quoted but cannot be held responsible for manufacturers delays.
  • Autoease reserve right to charge cancellation fee of £500.00 + vat plus costs.
  • Autoease may charge a deposit to secure order.
  • By registering Autoease may from time to time update you with any offers and products by e-mail / post / fax
  • AutoEase will not sell any data provided to any overseas company.
