AutoEase can also purchase vehicles electronically via an approved network of suppliers throughout the United Kingdom thus speeding up response times and providing a valuable audit trail for each transaction.

The same logic is applied to maintenance control whereby we can communicate with an approved network of servicing merchants/garages throughout the United Kingdom and again, we provide an audit trail for all transactions. Critically, we are able to control our administrative costs thereby reducing the costs for our customers.

“Advantage” enables a customer to configure their entire car fleet policy and allocate the car choice to specific grades based upon manufacturer, CO2 emissions, list price, insurance group, P11D value or monthly contract hire rentals. This unique system also appeals to customers that want all their employees to benefit from fleet discounts, even if they prefer to purchase a vehicle outright. “Advantage” can also include the customer’s own branding and be accessed via the internet.
