All service, maintenance and repair bookings are controlled through our Driver Helpline with invoicing and driver administration centralised into our Head Office. Fleet managed contracts are subject to a monthly card fee and this charge is dependant on fleet size and the duration of the agreements. The card fee along with the cost controlled repairs are billed monthly and payments are collected by Direct Debit monthly and your assurance on collections are covered by the Direct Debit guarantee scheme which we operate under.
