Fleet Management is traditionally applied to vehicles that have been supplied without the provision of a service and maintenance contract, AutoEase have a structured approach with various solutions to ensure any vehicle regardless of it's acquisition or age is professionally managed until it is due for replacement.

Even if a company have vehicles on existing full maintenance agreements across multiple suppliers, our fleet management and driver administration service can be accessed through a single free phone telephone number ensuring a uniformed policy is applied.

All service, maintenance and repair bookings are controlled through our Driver Helpline with invoicing and driver administration centralised into our Head Office. A company who out sources its day to day running of their fleet to AutoEase benefit from significant time savings through our streamlined administration and the drivers enjoys a single point of contact approach that ensures that vehicle and driver downtime are kept to a minimum.

Fleet managed contracts are subject to a monthly card fee and this charge is dependant on fleet size and the duration of the agreements. The card fee along with the cost controlled repairs are billed monthly and payments are collected by Direct Debit monthly and your assurance on collections are covered by the Direct Debit guarantee scheme which we operate under.
